We have an urgent opening for HR Recruiter for our Clients in Dehradun/ Delhi.

>>   Preferred Female (Married / Unmarried ) Candidate only.

1. Responsible for handling End to End Recruitment majorly Middle & Senior level, right from sourcing and screening of profiles.

2. Schedule and interview follow-ups till the closure.

3. Maintain a systematic and comprehensive database of all prospective candidates.

4. Background verification/Reference check of new joinees.

5. Implement and sustain a talent pipeline to ensure future talent needs. Ensure an unceasing flow of candidates via relational tactics, proactive sourcing, 'talent targets', and utilization of search partners, where needed.

6. Adept in Niche Skill Recruiting comprising hard to hire specific skill sets and consulting blend candidates.
